Tariq is the Managing Director and Founder of RapidLynx Consulting and has 20 years of data analytics and engineering experience across roles in consulting, financial services and Defence.

He started RapidLynx Consulting to help organisations unlock powerful insights from the large increase in data volume and variety across their organisations that are often unexplored. Following a previous stint in consulting and recent financial services experience, Tariq’s return to consulting was driven by a desire to provide unique services in a cost-effective and more client-focused manner.

“RapidLynx” was chosen with “Rapid” symbolising fast and agile delivery. “Lynx” is a play-on-words for making “links” between disparate datasets which are crucial for enabling deeper, organisation-wide insights.

Led more than 150 DA engagements across 12 years at CBA, Westpac, PwC and BAE Systems, including internal audit, fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, external audit and risk consulting
Delivered data, DA and AI work across multiple risk classes including financial crime, regulatory compliance, operational risk, financial risk, technology, cyber and data risk
